I was reading reviews on TV.com for “The End of All Things” and I stumbled across this:

Is this official? If so, it’s brilliant storytelling by Fringe! Sad, but so very brilliant (not to mention original… I mean what other show has ever ever ever done a plotline like THIS?). I mean I know September was implying Peter had the wrong child because it was supposed to be with our Olivia and not the alternate Olivia and that’s why he got temporarily erased - to erase Henry, the baby that was never meant to be - but was September also implying that the Observers stemmed from Peter and Olivia’s future child? Are the Observers really being “decimated” because “the wrong child was born”?

See? THIS ^ is why this show is awesome. Among many other reasons.
